2024 SMARTASS & SASS UPDATES
TL:DR
• All effective April 1, 2024.
• Big Box customizations will cease—but the Big Box value will increase from $125 to $150.
• Fewer subscription offerings—Big Box and Box only; shirts will be available for purchase in the shop.
• No more 3 or 6 month pre-paid payment options—month-to-month recurring charges only.

Smartass Customizations Ceasing
We know many of you have loved being able to customize your Big Box, and trust us we LOVED the idea of giving our customers that option. However, the system we utilize for processing monthly subscriptions is not as effective in creating customizable boxes as we had originally hoped. It was messy from all sides. WHAT A BUMMER!
Some customers did not experience any hiccups where several others did, and the process was frustrating for all involved; and since so few subscribers opt into customizing their box each month, we have decided to pause this option until we can get better systems in place to manage box customizations. The last customizable box to be shipped will be March’s Take Out The Trash box.
So what does this mean for you?
★ There will no longer be an option to choose items for your box.
★ Box Only and Big Box subscribers will still receive 6-9 sassy products each month.
★ The price increase for the Big Box from the end of 2023 remains in place, but we will increase the value of the products from $125 to $150.
★ Monthly box items will be a surprise unless you go looking for our monthly spoilers.
Fewer Subscription Offerings
While we do have customers who love the Small Box or Shirt Only options, there are not enough subscribers to maintain the processes and fulfillment of those offerings, so we will now only offer Box Only and Big Box (box + shirt) subscriptions. The last Small Box and Shirt Only subscriptions to be shipped will be March’s Take Out The Trash shipments.
No More 3- or 6- month Prepaid Payment Options
This one is a bit confusing and only applies to subscribers who have pre-paid by 3 or 6 months. Often times, we find that 3- and 6- month subscribers are surprised when their renewal comes back around, and no one likes those types of financial surprises! So we are only offering month-to-month recurring subscription payments starting April 1, 2024
So what does this mean for you?
★ Box Only (3 or 6 month) subscribers: your subscription will continue its term. Meaning, you’ll receive all the sass you’ve already paid for. When your renewal rolls around, your subscription will renew as a month-to-month subscription. This means you will be charged $49.95 (shipping included for US) on the 1st of each month.
★ Big Box (3 or 6 month) subscribers: your subscription will continue its term. Meaning, you’ll receive all the sass you’ve already paid for. When your renewal rolls around, your subscription will renew as a month-to-month subscription. This means you will be charged $69.95 (shipping included for US) on the 1st of each month.
