RETURN & REFUND POLICY FOR SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

All subscription sales are final, with the exception of damaged or missing items.

If a product is defective or if something is missing or damaged, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it and we will send you a new item or credit your account. When returning product(s), it is your responsibility to take reasonable care to see that the product(s) are not damaged in transit and are received by us at our address as displayed on the postage label.

Shop products are available for a full product cost refund (less shipping fees) within 30 days of order. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost, and product must be received in the condition it was sent.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please note that SUBSCRIPTION shirts & boxes ship on the 18th of each month.

ALL SHOP ITEMS ship in 1-3 business days (unless otherwise stated).

Our international shipping rates include all relevant customs fees.
