If you are subscribed month-to-month (i.e. you are charged every month on the 1st) you can make changes at any time. Changes will be reflected upon your NEXT renewal.

*Shipping address changes made after the current month's cut off date will be applied to the next box, but can't be put into place for the current box.

The short answer is "fo sho."
If you are subscribed month-to-month (i.e. you are charged every month on the 1st) you can cancel at any time. If you cancel after your renewal is processed, you will still receive the current month’s box, but your subscription will NOT renew after that. (e.g. if you cancel on February 10th you will get the February box but will NOT be charged on March 1 and will NOT receive the March box.)
If you have prepaid for a 3 or 6-month subscription, you can cancel at any time. You will receive all shipments through the end of your term, but your subscription will NOT renew.

On February 1st, 2022 Smartass & Sass applied a price increase to all subscription products. CLICK HERE to learn more.
As Smartass & Sass grows, certain states will require sales tax on all orders. Customers who were not charged tax in the past, may see that on your renewal now.
Smartass & Sass upgraded to a new subscription management system on March 1st. If you are having trouble logging into your account, it is most likely due to one of the scenarios below:
1) You are subscribed through Cratejoy. Please log into your cratejoy.com account to view/manage your subscriptions.
2) You are logging in with the wrong credentials. Previously S&S's subscriptions and Sass Shop logins were separate from each other and could be different. Login with your Sass Shop/FML loyalty account, which may be different credentials than you used to set up your subscription originally.
3) You do not have a Sass Shop/FML Loyalty account login yet and you need to finish setting up this new login. Click here to finish setting up your login to the new dashboard. Be sure to use the email address associated with your subscription.

Update your address here! And click “Edit shipping address” to save
DO NOT UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS UNDER PROFILE IN THE ACCOUNT DASHBOARD. YOU MUST CLICK SUBSCRIPTIONS AND CHANGE IT THERE OR YOUR CHANGES WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.
You can change your address up to the 1st of the month for the update to be applied to the upcoming month's box. Otherwise, the change will affect your NEXT box.
Changes made AFTER your monthly order has been generated, but BEFORE the 13th can still be changed by S&S customer service. Email us at info@smartassandsass.com asap to see if we can catch it!
*To make sure you still receive your sass, submit a change of address to USPS so that your mail will be forwarded to the new address.*

Smartass & Sass has recently upgraded to a new subscription management system with a new customer dashboard.
Subscribers who signed up before February 16th, 2022, these credentials may be different than your old subscription portal login information, or you may need to finish setting up your new account. Login with your FML Loyalty/Sass Shop account credentials. If you do not have one of these accounts yet, CLICK HERE to finish setting up your new login. Make sure to use the same email address that has been associated with your subscription. (Good news! NOW you'll have an FML Loyalty and Sass Shop account, because with the new dashboard all of your sass will now be ONE place!!)

Each box will have 5-8 handmade, hilarious items. The items will have a theme (e.g. Motivational AF) and all of the items will relate to it.
You can expect things like mugs, notebooks, tote bags, water bottles, pens & pencils, magnets, candles, and more.
We regularly survey our sassy gang to make sure we are finding the types of goods you want to get.
Sometimes we use brand partners for multiple months, but you'll never get the same product twice.

Subscription orders cut off at 12:00 am ET on the 13th of the month and ship on the 18th of each month. Orders placed after the cut off will ship the NEXT month.

If a product is defective or if something is missing or damaged, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it and we will send you a new item or credit your account. When returning product(s), it is your responsibility to take reasonable care to see that the product(s) are not damaged in transit and are received by us at our address as displayed on the postage label.
To request a refund, please contact us at info@smartassandsass.com.
We'll ask for a photo of the item in order for us to process a claim with the shipping service and will replace/refund the damaged products.
If an item or your box arrives missing an item or items, please send us an email at info@smartassandsass.com. We'll help get a replacement handled ASAP.
All subscription sales are final, with the exception of damaged or missing items, unless an item arrives damaged (click here for instructions on how to contact us for damages.)
Note: If you have purchased a long-term subscription (3-6 months) and cancel mid-term, you will still receive your remaining boxes but your subscription will not renew after your existing term ends.

Loyalty reward discount codes cannot be combined with other promo codes, including automatic discount codes (ex. free shipping on orders of $75+). If your order qualifies for one of these discounts, the loyalty reward code can not be used as well. Hang onto this code for a future order!

Points are added to your account as soon as your order is shipped. Shop orders are fulfilled in 1-3 business days. Subscription orders are always scheduled to ship on the 18th of each month. For orders that include a combo of shop and subscription products, all points will be added to your account when the subscription item ships.
F*cks do not get added retroactively. As soon as you've signed up, you'll start receiving f*cks. The good news? Signing up for any type of account (subscription, shop, loyalty) signs you up for the FML loyalty program automatically. So as long as you log in each time you place an order - vs. checking out as a Guest - you'll be earning f*cks!
Birthday f*cks are added to your account on your special day. If you entered the anniversary of your birth within 30 days of celebrating, your first gift will be granted after your next trip around the sun (aka, next year.)
