SUBSCRIPTION QUESTIONS

How do I renew my subscription?

Subscriptions renew automatically (unless you purchased a non-renewing gift), so you don't need to do anything! If you subscribe monthly, your subscription automatically renews on the 1st of each month (unless you cancel before then). If you subscribed for 3-6 months, your subscription will renew the 1st of the month after your term has ended. Every subscriber will receive a notification BEFORE their subscription renews.

How do I skip a month?

Log into your account at https://smartass-and-sass.cratejoy.com/customer/login and change your renewal date. (Note: whether you signed up via our site or CrateJoy, you can still log in here). If you have any issues, send us an email at info@smartassandsass.com

I ordered the incorrect shirt size; can I exchange it?

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges; however, you can update your shirt size by logging into your account, under 'Update your information' click Edit, and change your options. NOTE: if you subscribed for a 3-6 month term, the system will update your size for the next shipment *if* you make your change before the 1st of the month. If you wish to update your size, please email us at info@smartassandsass.com.

Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?

Of course! During checkout, be sure to check the 'This is a gift' box. You can then decide if you'd like it to renew or not and leave a personalized message.

Can I cancel at any time?

If you are subscribed month-to-month (i.e. you are charged every month on the first) you can cancel at any time. If you cancel between the 2nd - 18th you will still receive the current month (and your subscription will not renew after that). If you cancel between the 19th and last day of the month you will NOT recieve the next box and your subscription will not renew. If you have a 3-12 month subscription, you can cancel at any time; you will receive shipments through the end of your term, but your subscription will not renew.

Does S&S have a Loyalty Program?

You bet your a** we do! We appreciate the hell out of subscribers and our Loyalty Program is just one of the ways we like to show it. There are multiple ways to earn points to be redeemed for rewards. Click the link below for more info.

What will I receive in my box?

Each box will have 5-8 handmade, hilarious items. The items will have a theme (e.g. Motivational AF) and all of the items will relate to it. You can expect things like mugs, notebooks, tote bags, water bottles, pens & pencils, magnets, candles, and more. We regularly survey our sassy gang to make sure we are finding the types of goods you want to get.

What shirts and sizes are available for the shirt subscriptions?

We currently offer soft, unisex tees in our shirt subscriptions in sizes XS-3XL. See below for sizing details.

SHIPPING

When will my box ship?

Subscription boxes ship on the 16th-18th of the month. Limited Edition and one-time boxes will ship in 1-2 business days. When any order ships, you'll receive an email notification with tracking information.

Does S&S ship internationally?

We do! We currently ship to the following countries. See subscription shipping rates below. NOTE: your shipping cost includes any expected customs fees.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

What if an item arrived damaged?

If an item or your box arrives damaged, please send us an email at info@smartassandsass.com. We'll ask for a photo of the item in order for us to process a claim with the shipping service and will replace/refund the damaged products.

Does S&S offer refunds?

All subscription and product sales are final, unless an item arrives damaged (see above for instructions on how to reach us in this instance). If you have purchased a long-term subscription (3-6 months) and cancel mid-term, you will still receive your remaining boxes but your subscription will not renew after your existing term ends.
